Ellis Group Holdings and Acquisitions maintained an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and earned a strong reputation for excellence. Following the sale and closure of operations under its former ownership, the Better Business Bureau no longer issues a rating for the company in accordance with its policies. We sincerely thank our clients, business partners, colleagues, and friends for their trust and support.
The transaction was completed in March 2025, at which time the company ceased operations under its former ownership. As a result, Ellis Group Holdings and Acquisitions no longer exists as an active business entity.
